@lawsuit, Can you point to a similar case that had a successful legal outcome for the person who sued?

interestingly, you’ve both failed to give any useful advice and provided a way for Stuart to be helped. The advice for Stuart is simple – sue.
The great thing for Stuart is that most of these stories contain one major error – including this site – they say that he cheated on his wife, when infact he was not married.
This has colossal, colossal legal implications for our Stuart. Every site (and as you point out, there are hundreds of thousands of them) that says he’s cheating on his wife is guilty of defamation of character and liable. stuart can sue every single site that falsely claimed he cheated on his wife. If he only got £2 from each site he sued, he could become a millionaire. With a defamation of this nature, he could argue that it’s impossible to get another job. In reality, what he needs is a law firm like Carter-Ruck to help him out. If he’s smart and gets a good lawyer and a raft of injunctions, he could yet get the last laugh.
